Robert M. Behr is vice president of planning and procurement for Florida?s Natural/Citrus World, Inc., a citrus grower cooperative in Lake Wales.

Prior to joining the company in 1994, Behr served for eight years as director of economic and market research for the Florida Department of Citrus. He has worked in the citrus industry for more than 20 years. In addition to the Florida Citrus Commission, Behr serves on the boards of the Florida Citrus Processors Association and the Juice Products Association.

Behr holds a Ph.D. in agricultural economics from the University of Florida.

He serves as the chair of the Planning & Evaluation Committee.
